Since running the marathon on Nov 12,followed by Thanksgiving, running a 50k, Christmas, and New Years, I've been eating indiscriminately. Cheese, pizza, fat, fried, sugar, soda, chocolate, whatever. This menstrual period is killing me. Related? I don't know for certain but I guess I'll compare to next month after no dairy or any animal products and no sugar.
PS. Constipation is also an issue.
