Today I ate:
Pre-run: 1 banana(Y) and a cup of coffee with coconut milk
9 mile run
Breakfast: 1 pint blackberries(V), apple(R), 1/2 kiwi(G), 1/2 grapefruit(O), 1 orange(O), 1 slice seedtastic bread with crunchy peanut butter
Lunch: baby carrots(O), triscuits, pecans, rice and beans
Dinner: 1 soft taco with rice, beans, guac(G), sprouts, lettuce(G) and tomato(R)
I'm pretty full but if I want something sweet later, I think I'll eat a bowl of grapes. I love eating the rainbow (ROYGBIV) and always feel good when I do. Though it looks like I'm lacking in blue foods. Maybe I should try some eggplant and I think I have a coupon for blueberries at giant...
