Up


Up TWO pounds. GRR. For no reason. I’ve even been sugar and gluten free for the past two weeks which has been so hard. I’m wondering if I need to eat more. I many times don’t eat all my daily points, rarely eat my weeklies and earn about 50 fit points. Though I eat a ton of fruit and veggies.
The plan this week is to track everything, not get discouraged, drink enough water, and stay gluten and sugar free. It’s a process, sometimes a very slow one.
