I tracked what I ate yesterday, even though it totaled 104 points. Honestly, it wasn’t like I ate a lot: donut for breakfast, beer, half a burger and malt for lunch, half a chipotle burrito bowl for dinner and brownie for dessert. I’d say that’s less than the average American’s day.
It’s been a while since I ate something I wanted or took a day off. It was delicious. And I should be back in the positive numbers by the end of the week with activity points.
