Tired and hungry

Week 4 of 20 week marathon training schedule. Using Galloway’s method and schedule to finish my first marathon. This week I’m tired and hungry: skipped our walk yesterday and walked instead of running today. We are starting down 12 miles this Saturday. I recently rejoined weight watchers to lose 10 lbs or so but I’m thinking that’s simply not possible right now. So tired and hungry!
Talk some sense into me about marathon training and nutrition.
