I love that fruit and veggies are zero points. This means if I'm hungry but don't want to or have points to spend I cam always easy fruit and veg. I'd I don't want that then I'm not really hungry.
My stomach is already shrinking. I feel full faster. Portion size is key!
I don't go to bed hungry. I like the extra bank of weekly points I can steal from. And I'm doing all I can to get activity points.
Weight watchers is really training me to eat healthy and be active. Awesome! I did not expect to like or be able to stick with this plan. I'm happy.
