Starting weight: 178 (195 at peak of pregnancy)
Current weight: 169
Goal weight: 130

Plan:

Weight watchers

Fitbit and maybe gym soon

Reasons:
To wear wedding ring
To gain confidence and self esteem
To get a better wardrobe

Rewards:
10% = new running shoes
Goal = Paris?
