Moving in the right direction!

Starting weight: 205
Current weight: 168.8
Goal: 135 (33.8 lbs to go)

I have been keeping with my goals of keeping a food log on mfp and C25k three days a week and waking 3 days a week. We just got Wii fit so I may be adding that in some too. My runs are about to get quite strenuous. But I'm happy with it. I just need to learn to pace myself. From never having run to running 20 minutes straight in only 6 weeks. Not bad.
