Demotivating

I am the precise weight I was when I started this blog five years ago. Boo. And to top it off I had just had a baby then so I actually lost. So I have to really change things. I have to get back to a healthy state of life. The stats:
Starting weight: 205 (pregnancy weight)
Current weight:  171.8 (33.2 lb loss)
Goal weight:       135 (36.8 lbs to go)

Plan:
Diet-Restrict calories to about 1400 per day. Record with my fitness pal app.
Exercise-walk three mornings a week and C25k three days per week.
