Losing the Baby Weight

From 200+ lbs after 7 kids to a normal bmi and marathon training.

I weigh myself twice daily: morning and night. At night when I’ve eaten badly all day the scale can go way up just in one day. In the morning if I’m down it gives me incentive to stay on track or if I’m up it really makes me stay on track and make good choices.
