Baby is 6 months and my half is 64 days away. I must run regardless of sleep deprivation. So this past week I:
Sun-5 mile run
Mon-strength routine
Tues-3 mile run
Wed-3 mile walk
Thur-strength
Fri-rest
Sat -6 mile run (first with moms run this town group)
Feeling pretty awesome. And tired and hungry…
