I’ve only been on WW for four months. This is the first diet I’ve ever stuck with for more than two weeks.
Doing the same old same is hard for me. I like to mix it up and see what results I can get if I, say, cut out sugar or gluten (bad carbs) or south beach or whatever for a week. It helps me stay on plan.
