Week 8, down 15

I am in week 8. I’ve lost 15 lbs and have 25 to go. I decided to join after my seventh child. I’m 4 months post partum and determined to finally get a handle on my weight. Prior to this I’ve never stuck with a weight loss plan; south beach, my fitness pal, online ww, etc; longer than 3 weeks. I’m attending the weekly meetings and tracking through my phone app. I love that ww has taught me to eat more fruit and veggies (because they’re 0 points! ) and to exercise or at least move around with my fitbit more (Bonus points! )
