I began South Beach diet Phase 1 eight days ago. After 5 days I lost 7 lbs. I relaxed this past weekend and gained back 3 of those. I am back down to a 6 lb loss. Today I've eaten:
Breakfast: egg and mushroom omelet and 1/2 V8
Lunch: Steamed broccoli, cheese stick and slice canadian bacon
Snack: cheese stick, flour-free, sugar-free peanut butter cookie, 1/2 chocolate cake donut (that was a bad thing!)
Dinner: Pinto beans and roast beef
